By utilizing this Site to value or sell your vehicle, you acknowledge that your information will be shared directly with these Dealership Partners so they may contact you regarding vehicle acquisition.

Please read these Terms carefully before you use the Site. Your access to or use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Modified Terms become effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice.

Vehicle Sales & Dealership Transactions

This Site is designed to connect you with our Dealership Partners to sell your vehicle. If you choose to finalize the sale of your vehicle to Sonic Automotive, Inc., Echo Park Automotive, Inc., or CarCash, your transaction will be strictly between you and the Dealership Partner, and will be subject to additional terms of sale presented by the Dealership Partner during the transaction.

Transmission of User Contributions

Any information, feedback, ideas, or materials you submit through the Site ("User Contributions") will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting User Contributions, you irrevocably assign all rights in those materials to Sonic. Sonic may use them without restriction, compensation, or attribution.

If you do not wish to grant these rights, do not submit User Contributions through the Site.

About Children

The Site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent. Sonic does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, videos, software, and code (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by Sell My Ride, Inc. or licensed from our Dealership Partners. You may use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes.

Prohibited Actions

You agree not to use the Site:

Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in any class action related to these Terms, the Site, or the Program.

Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises, or it will be permanently barred.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
